"Conan In Cuba" Open - CONAN on TBS

Obama recently ordered the restoration of full diplomatic relations with Cuba and the opening of an embassy in Havana. Obama promised to “cut loose the shackles of the past” and sweep aside one of the last vestiges of the Cold War.

Not even waiting for the ink to dry on the agreement, Conan O’Brien aired his show directly from Cuba this past Wednesday.

It was an amazing look into what many people have been curious about for many years.

What is Cuba like today? What goes on there?

We couldn’t have picked a better (and probably most inappropriate) personality than Conan O’Brien, to break the ice.

Conan took the liberty of interviewing Cubans, dancing and drinking (a little too much rum).
