I had the pleasure to sit down and chat with him about real estate in today’s economy and I had some questions of my own that I wanted to share with you guys about what I discovered today!

LatinLife: Is it true that you need a really high score to purchase a home?

Robert: No. A lot of people think you need a 700 plus score to qualify when a lot of people actually qualify and purchase with a score as low as 600-620.

LatinLife: How much do I really need to save to buy a home?

Robert: Not as much as you think. Anywhere between 3% and 3 ½%, not necessarily the 5-10% down payment everyone thinks.

LatinLife: What do you specialize in?

Robert: I specialize in all aspects of real estate: buyers, sellers, short sales, those in foreclosure.  I can stop any foreclosure sale within 48 hours.
