Franco Noriega is "The World's Hottest Chef"
Excerpt The Telegraph
Franco Noriega likes to get home and take his clothes off.
“It’s just how I live,” he says, shrugging. “Go home, take my shoes off, take my clothes off.”
Then he starts cooking – experimenting with ingredients he has picked up on his way back to his [apartment] in New York, spending two hours a night chopping and blending. “I’ve been cooking naked with knives for the longest time, so I feel pretty comfortable chopping,” he says. [Ay!]
Noriega, 27, has been widely dubbed “the world’s hottest chef.”
The former model [and professional swimmer (he qualified for the Olympics!)], catapulted to stardom when fellow Peruvian, photographer Mario Testino, recommended him to Dolce & Gabbana.
[Noriega's] Peruvian rotisserie [Baby Brasa] on Manhattan’s Lower East Side specializes in organic free-range chicken with Peruvian spices, but also serv[es] up quinoa salads, jasmine rice with Peruvian corn, and yucca fries. [He plans to open two more in 2017.] -- Full article HERE.
