A Miami man and his girlfriend were arrested after allegedly beating up his grandmother when she refused to drive the couple to a house so they could have sex.

Police said the older woman was driving the couple, Michael Rubio, 25, and Jacquelyn Carrasquillo, 27, in a car late Thursday afternoon when they began arguing because she would not take them to Carrasquillo’s home.

The victim stopped the car and exited near Southwest 188th Street and Southwest 197th Avenue to walk to her home when her grandson and his girlfriend jumped out and repeatedly struck her in the body and face before throwing her to the ground, according to a police affidavit obtained by Local 10 News.

The couple then sped away.
