WARNING: if you are a kid, you need the help of an adult to fry the churro bowls as it involves really hot (dangerous) oil!
(makes 4 big churro bowls or 2 big and 4 small)
-⅛ cup unsalted butter
-½ cup of water
-1 tbsp. brown sugar
-½ tsp salt
-About 12 drops of red food coloring
-½ cup flour
-½ tbsp. Of cocoa powder
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 eggs
-Cooking-oil spray
-Oil for frying (to fill ¾ of a pot)
-Cinnamon sugar (made with 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder)
-Ice cream (about 2 spoonfuls per big bowl, 1 per small bowl)
TOPPINGS:
-Dulce de leche or cajeta (or both!)
-Sprinkles
YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
-Frying pan or pot
-Cupcake or mini-cupcake tray
